The ACTPS Education Directorate (Teaching Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2018-2022 was approved by the Fair Work Commission on 15 August 2019 and replaces the ACTPS Education and Training Directorate (Teaching Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2014-2018. The agreement entered into force on 22 August 2019 and expires nominally on 30 September 2022. The agreement can be viewed below: the new agreement replaces act Public Sector Education and Training Directorate (Teaching Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2014-18. The agreement is now subject to approval by the Fair Work Commission. The new agreement will enter into force seven days after its approval by the Fair Work Commission. The salary increase will take effect on August 8, 2019 and the refund will take place from August 22. Nearly 99% of teachers across the entire leadership voted in favor of the new agreement.
